• Review affordable housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with all required laws.
• Review applicant files and complete reviews within 24 hours of receipt.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as set forth in the personnel manual.
• Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements and implement updates as needed.
• Attend TDHCA trainings annually and complete HCCP training within the first two years of employment, achieving a passing score for the HCCP designation.
• Participate in all tax credit reviews conducted by outside entities.
• Travel up to 50% of work time annually for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business‑related activities.

• Strong organizational skills and a detail‑oriented approach.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Real Page OnSite Tax Credit software.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional designation preferred; if not certified, completion of HCCP training within first two years of employment and passing score required.
• Knowledge of the HUD program a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
