* What You Will Do:

*
* + Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and regional commercial sales team across our U.S. Land operation

+ Manage and maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for sales leadership

+ Prepare, proofread, and distribute presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the sales leadership team

+ Coordinate welcome onboarding of new customer users, ensuring all milestone events are documented and celebrated appropriately.

+ Support the preparation of quarterly business review materials, sales performance reports, and project presentations for leadership

+ Monitor and manage the sales team's deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of internal commitments

+ Assist in organizing district sales meetings, customer events, and training sessions including logistics, agendas, and materials

+ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times

* Minimum Qualifications:

*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ 3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or executive assistant role preferably within oil and gas, energy services, or a technical B2B environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong note taking abilities.

+ High degree of professionalism and ability to interface with customers and executives

+ This role is not deemed safety-sensitive

* + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

+ Experience supporting a geographically dispersed sales organization

+ Demonstrated ability supporting the cultural elements of an organization

+ Experience coordinating cross-functional events involving multiple stakeholders
