Seeking a Division Order Analyst / Land Tech professional with experience supporting division order, ownership, and land administration activities. This role is responsible for maintaining ownership records, reviewing title and ownership documentation, processing ownership changes, supporting revenue-related activities, and maintaining land and division order data.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience working with ownership and land records, and a working knowledge of division order processes. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of managing large volumes of data, and comfortable working within land systems and databases.

This position is based in Midland, Texas and offers the opportunity to support active oil and gas operations within the Permian Basin.
Responsibilities- Maintain ownership and division order records
- Review deeds, probate documents, assignments, and other ownership-related instruments
- Process ownership changes and transfers
- Research and resolve ownership discrepancies
- Support division order and land administration functions
- Maintain accurate land and ownership databases
- Assist with reporting and data management activities
- Coordinate with land, accounting, and operations teams
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of ownership records
- Support special projects and client requests as needed
- Division Order and/or Land Tech experience
- Experience maintaining ownership records and land data
- Proficiency with Enertia
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working with land systems and databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be eligible to permanently work in the United States
- Permian Basin experience
- Oil and gas land administration experience
- Understanding of title and ownership principles
- Revenue accounting or owner relations experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Additional experience with land management software platforms
