Director, Environmental Health & Safety - Data Centers

A leading and rapidly expanding data center organization is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety Director to lead EHS strategy, compliance, and culture across a major operational site and growing project portfolio.

This leadership role will oversee all aspects of environmental, health, and safety performance, partnering closely with operations, construction, engineering, and executive teams to ensure a best-in-class safety program

• Lead and develop site-wide EHS strategy and safety culture
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Support large-scale construction and expansion projects from an EHS perspective
• Drive risk management, incident investigations, and corrective action programs
• Establish and improve EHS policies, procedures, and reporting systems
• Lead emergency preparedness, contractor safety, and environmental compliance initiatives
• Build and develop a high-performing EHS tea

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety management systems
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, mission-critical, or data center environments
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and foster a strong safety culture
