Superintendent, Construction

Due to growth we are looking to add a Superintendent to our Midland Team.

• Lead full-site execution and oversee all subcontractor and vendor coordination across trades.
• Drive safety culture through audits, inspections, and proactive risk mitigation; ensure compliance with all safety documentation.
• Manage project closeout in full alignment with contract documents and operational standards.
• Review and analyze weekly labor reports and monthly job cost reports; implement corrective actions to maintain budget.
• Mitigate subcontractor change orders and back‑charges, document impacts to profitability.
• Lead development and updates of CPM schedules, including baseline, monthly updates, narratives, and delay fragments.
• Mentor and develop field engineers and assistant superintendents, onboard new personnel and foster leadership growth.
• Ensure compliance with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS entries, weekly unit reports, two‑week look‑ahead, and monthly schedule updates.
• Represent the company in client meetings, inspections, and high‑stakes field decisions.
• Resolve complex field challenges with strategic thinking and calm leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across field teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Two or more years in a leadership role.
