Overview
Westway Flooring focuses on commercial flooring projects across various sectors including retail, office, healthcare, and industrial. We are seeking an experienced Flooring Project Manager to manage and execute flooring installations from start to finish in the Midland/Odessa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with hands‑on experience in flooring systems such as tile, carpet, vinyl, epoxy, and polished concrete.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage commercial flooring installations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards on job sites
- 3+ years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager for a commercial flooring contractor
