Turner & Townsend seeks a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale data center campus development about 80 miles west of Midland, TX. You will handle procurement strategy, cost estimation, reporting, and final accounting across multi-year phases.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of cost management experience; RICS accreditation is advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to succeed in this role.
