We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial construction experience, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, field crews, schedules, safety, and quality while keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily construction activities, field crews, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate site logistics, manpower, materials, equipment, and work schedules.
  • Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with OSHA requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Track project progress, costs, documentation, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure work meets approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Identify potential delays and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, or Foreman in commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and field operations.
  • Proven experience supervising subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
    ; OSHA 30 is a plus.
  • Experience with scheduling, cost tracking, project documentation, and construction software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast‑paced construction environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; construction‑related education or technical training is a plus.
