This vacancy describes the role and responsibilities for leading the buildout and operational readiness of Nebius data centers in the Southern United States. The PM will oversee design reviews, construction, commissioning, safety and environmental compliance, facility operations and handover, working with architects, MEP consultants, regulators, and vendors. The role includes managing budgets, timelines and vendor relationships, and setting SOPs/EOPs for facilities.
It also covers ensuring energy efficiency and PUE targets and transitioning from construction to operations with complete documentation.
- Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and regulators
- Budget management and vendor relationship experience
- Ability to manage multi-phase construction projects from design to handover
