In this dynamic role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our specialized aerial and surface equipment offerings. You will coordinate equipment delivery, setup, and maintenance while providing support services like fueling and porta john servicing. Tasks
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and schedule equipment rentals, delivery, and pickup, ensuring timely and efficient service for clients.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Provide customers with information about equipment features, rental terms, and company policies to assist them in making informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions to client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
