Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Parts Sales Desk Coordinators.

* Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve performance and customer service.

* Monitor workload distribution, response times, and order accuracy to ensure service expectations are met.

* Continue to actively manage customer accounts and generate revenue through parts sales activities.

* Respond to customer parts inquiries and requests from Account Managers.

* Accurately process orders, create quotes, and ensure timely communication with customers.

* Maintain and develop customer accounts, promoting repeat business and resolving customer concerns promptly.

* Coordinate with Supply Chain to meet delivery requirements and customer expectations.

* Track order status, backlogs, and escalations while proactively resolving issues related to pricing, inventory, fulfillment, or delivery.

* Develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements to increase parts sales and operational efficiency.

* Provide technical support to customers in identifying parts and product solutions.

* Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information to leadership.

* Actively participate in the Company's safety programs and follow all safety protocols.
