Baze Animal Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Client interaction
- Answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.
- Checking-in and checking-out
- Multi-phone line system
- Process financial transactions
- Daily cash drawer balancing
- Scheduling
- Accurate computer data entry (Avimark software)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift 40lb
- Bilingual (preferred not required)
- 8 hour shift
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Holidays
- Overtime
