This position is a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) located at 9506 La Force Blvd, Midland, TX 79706. The role provides friendly, efficient service, offers approved products, and facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of driver information.

Pay starts at $16.00 per hour with an incentive bonus based on performance.

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services
  • Use company‑approved sales techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment
  • Offer directions, maps, and local area information as needed
  • Answer inbound calls for reservations, rate quotes, general inquiries, and provide resolutions for customers and partners
  • Place outbound calls for call‑back management and other assignments
  • Assist in assessing the condition of the vehicle upon return
  • Notify management of customer or vehicle problems and required maintenance
  • Pursue on‑the‑job training, development, and company‑sponsored classroom training to build knowledge and skills
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Seek to improve performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years and no drug or alcohol convictions in the past five years
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship
  • Willing to accept starting pay of $16 per hour plus incentive bonus
  • Must be able to work the schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
