• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects
• Answer phones and assist prospective residents
• Conduct apartment tours and support leasing efforts
• Process applications and maintain resident records
• Collect rent, deposits, and application fees
• Receive and coordinate maintenance requests
• Prepare reports and assist with daily office operations
• Support the Property Manager and help ensure community success

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency
• Reliable transportation required
