Project Architect

We have partnered with an architectural and engineering design firm in the Midland, TX area to provide them with a Project Architect. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Position is open to Lubbock, TX;
Abilene, TX; or Midland, TX

• Must be a registered architect.
• Must have at least 5yrs of Community based project experience.
• Must have solid Revit, Bluebeam and Sketchup skills.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years

• The architect's duties will include being an active team member developing projects in their entirety, beginning with programming/conceptual design through the completion of construction administration.
• Specific task will include preparing project construction documents; communicating with and coordinating with consultants, contractors, owners & team members; documenting code review and compliance; reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance.

• Registered Architect
• 5+ years of experience
• High energy, confident, and goal oriented.
• Ability to collaborate closely with team members inside and outside the office.
• Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
• Desire to continue developing and grow career and firm.

• 100% in office role
• Sponsor ships or visa holders okay. No Corp-to-Corp.
