Emergency Medicine physician employment in Texas:
Team Health has officially partnered with Midland Memorial Hospital (MMH) in Midland, Texas, and we’re expanding our ABEM-trained physician team. This isn’t your standard emergency medicine (EM) role. It’s one of the strongest compensation packages in the market. MMH is a busy, medium-high acuity ED that offers the case mix EM physicians seek; backed by exceptional, long‑standing physician leadership.
- 43‑bed ED
- Level III Trauma Center
- 73,000 annual visits (~199/day)
- 40 hours/day physician coverage (increasing)
- 52 hours/day APC coverage
- 15 minutes from Midland International Airport
- Nonstop flights to Austin, Houston, Dallas and more
- Exceptional earning potential (Base + RVU)
- High night differential
- Substantial sign‑on bonus for 2‑year full‑time commitment
- Full‑time is 120 hours/month or 12 shifts/month
- Student loan repayment options
- Block scheduling available (10‑hour shifts)
- Must be ABEM certified/eligible
