Beginning September 1, 2025, Team Health established a partnership in the emergency department at Midland Memorial Hospital - a 272-bed, not-for-profit facility known for its strong leadership and outstanding emergency care. This role is ideal for physicians seeking short-term, part-time, travel-based work at increased rates, without the commitment of a full-time position.
Facility Highlights

* Level III Trauma Center
* 73,000 annual visits (~199/day)
* 10-hour physician shifts
* Located just 15 minutes from Midland International Airport (non-stop service to 7 major cities)
* Accredited by The Joint Commission
Position Snapshot: HIT Team Travel Physician (1099 independent contractor)
* Increased rates to accommodate for travel arrangements
* Minimum of 4 shifts/month commitment
* ABEM certified or eligible required
* Flexible block scheduling available
