Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead classrooms using detailed lesson plans provided by teachers

• Create a positive, organized, and encouraging environment where students stay on task

• Support students through interactive, engaging instruction

• Supervise students during class, transitions, lunch, and recess

• Assign and review classwork while maintaining focus on learning objectives

• Track attendance and communicate with school staff about progress or concerns

• For long‑term positions, develop and teach lessons that align with the school curriculum

Your Schedule

• Availability: Monday through Friday

• Full Day: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Half Day: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM or 11:30 PM – 4:30 PM

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• Bachelor’s Degree or Texas Teaching Certification (preferred)

• Previous experience in childcare or education (preferred, not required)

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

• A commitment to creating a safe, respectful learning environment
