Hutchinson Public Schools is seeking a creative and innovative Activities Director for grades 6-12 beginning July 1, 2026. The Activities Director strategically leads, proactively plans, and skillfully coordinates the operation of extracurricular programs, athletics, activities, and all related facility operations for grades 6-12.

• Provide supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Hutchinson Activities Department, Grades 6-12.
• Provide strategic leadership consistent with Hutchinson Public Schools mission, core values, goals and objectives.
• Provide consistent enforcement of Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) and District policies.

• Minnesota administrative licensure preferred. Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Certified Athletic Administrator license preferred.

• Five years teaching experience preferred. Head coaching or advising experience preferred.

• Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of professional personnel.

• Up to $ per year based on a 210 day calendar. Salary is dependent on education.

Hutchinson High School is a state-of-the-art, comprehensive high school serving students in grades 9-12 with an enrollment of approximately 900 students. Our facility was completely renovated in 2018 and is a member of the Wright County Conference - East Division along with Delano, Holy Family, Jordan, Westonka, and Southwest Christian high schools.
