The Schuylkill Valley School District is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty at the high school effective with the start of the 2026-27 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging mathematics instruction aligned with Pennsylvania academic standards while fostering critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and a positive classroom environment. • Mathematics 7‑12 Pennsylvania teaching certificate.
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective instructional strategies in secondary mathematics.
• Ability to integrate technology into instruction and assessment.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Acceptable record of attendance required.
• Master’s degree in education, mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience teaching at the secondary level (preferred).
