• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Valid teacher certification as per federal, state, or local regulations, including compliance with the No Child Left Behind Act.
• Prior experience or formal training in working with at-risk students preferred.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution.

• Implements the school’s mission, educational philosophy, and standards.
• Assists in enforcing school policies regarding student conduct.
• Ensures safety of students and school property.
• Maintains accurate records as per regulations.
• Attends meetings and serves on committees as required.
• Establishes and maintains communication channels with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Collaborates with colleagues and administrators.

• Instructs students according to schedule.
• Plans customized curriculum catering to individual student needs.
• Creates conducive learning environments.
• Prepares for classes and demonstrates readiness when requested.
• Encourages high standards of behavior and academic achievement.
• Uses positive behavior interventions.
• Maintains discipline fairly.
• Sets clear objectives aligned with curriculum standards.
• Utilizes various instructional techniques and media.
• Regularly assesses student progress and provides reports.

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $44,500 to $60,300 Per Year

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
