• Job Title - PT Lab Assistant‑Computer Programming (Pool)
• Position Status - Part Time
• Classification Title - Part‑Time Lab Assistant‑Up to 17 hpw
• Work Location - Main Campus‑3600 N. Garfield, Midland, TX
• Job Summary - Assist student with assignments, maintain computers and equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literacy including knowledge of programming languages, databases and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing close attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Ability to move or lift/move up to 30 pounds

• Computer Programming major

• Assist students with assignments
• Proctor exams
• Maintain professional teaching environment
• Increase overall course evaluation ratings
• Maintain a clean and safe working and learning area
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to see and hear
• Ability to communicate orally with students and employees
• Ability to move or lift or move up to 30 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and pull hands overhead
