We are currently seeking a pastoral leader who will support school staff and subject areas by allowing effective teaching and learning to take place in lessons. The Pastoral Leader is required to lead and manage the delivery of pastoral support for an allocated Year Group. The role requires accurate record keeping and communications with stakeholders at all levels, which is timely and effective.
The successful candidate will work within a strong Pastoral team to develop and monitor strategies and procedures for improving and maintaining student behaviour and conduct. Candidates should be suitably skilled in numeracy, literacy and ICT and have GCSE passes in English and mathematics at grade C or above (or equivalent).

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage pastoral support for an allocated Year Group; develop and monitor strategies and procedures for improving and maintaining student behaviour and conduct; maintain accurate record keeping and communication with stakeholders at all levels; support effective teaching and learning in lessons.
QualificationsSufficiently skilled in numeracy, literacy and ICT; GCSE passes in English and mathematics at grade C or above (or equivalent); ability to work within a pastoral team.
