- Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom conducive to learning and spiritual growth.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies rooted in faith-based principles.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among students through collaborative activities and teamwork.
- Deliver instruction using a variety of instructional strategies and resources.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and spiritual growth. - Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Lead daily prayer/devotional time, integrating biblical teachings into classroom discussions.
