Job Summary
- Responsible for the operation of the Chap Center to include cleaning, usage control, and assisting Chap Center attendees.

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Knowledge of general office equipment including computer, copier, and multi-line phone. Attention to detail. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.

Essential Functions
- Unloading and packing up equipment and setting up venues for events. Work as usher, greeter, and or ticket taker. Work under the instruction of the Chap Center Coordinator and/or Director. Ensure Chap Center is clean and organized. Adhere to safety standards. Ensure excellent levels of customer service. Perform light maintenance work. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. The person in this position needs to move to other locations on campus occasionally. Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation. Use of manual dexterity. Frequently moves boxes or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Security Sensitivity
- All Midland College positions are security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code §51.215, which authorizes the employer to obtain criminal history record information. An employment offer is contingent on completion of a satisfactory criminal background investigation.

Min Salary - $11.00 per hour

Max Salary - $11.00 per hour
