Key Qualifications- Valid Texas School Psychologist license is required
- Experience in K-12 environments, with particular skill in evaluations, re-evaluations, and various psychological assessments
- Bilingual abilities are valued, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work itinerantly with varying caseloads
- Ability to work onsite during standard school hours
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations as assigned
- Manage an itinerant caseload with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Prepare detailed reports, participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultative services and recommendations to teachers, parents, and administrators
- Support the development of intervention strategies that enhance student well-being and academic achievement
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all district and state special education guidelines
