With more than 300 locations across the globe, The Little Gym is the world's premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. For over four decades, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs. Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes are all taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment, which encourages children to develop at their own pace.
As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
Lead Instructor is a part-time position. Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to the team and customers.
Responsibilities- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
- Manage day-to-day operations of classes and parties
- Manage, and oversee the training of staff
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
- Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
- Guests walk out of our Birthday Parties wanting to have their party at The Little Gym too!
- Experience working with children
- Willing to work nights and weekends
- Customer service experience
- Management or leadership experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
