Social Studies Teacher

Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12).

Becker High School is seeking a strong, dedicated, curious social studies educator to teach predominantly history courses. This teacher will be able to recognize opportunities to make a meaningful connection between the state standards and student learning opportunities. This teacher will have a familiarity with implementing the Minnesota social studies standards.

This teacher will collaborate with a social studies team to provide real world student experiences, develop and administer common assessments, and continue to analyze and implement state standards.
