Becker School District is conveniently located off of US Hwy 10, just 20 minutes SE from St. Cloud and 45 minutes NW from the Twin Cities. The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12).

Position Summary:

Theater or directing experience at the high school level is preferred. Reporting to the Activities Director, the director will lead our One Act Play program, guiding students through every step of the production; from casting and rehearsals to the final competitive performance. This should be done while creating a supportive, fun, and educational environment. The One Act Play Director can work with the Technical Director, PAC Coordinator, and/or the Community Education Department on aspects of the production, including stage, lighting, sound, and facility needs, to ensure a smooth and successful performance for our students.

Schedule (hours or FTE):
Daily practices would take place at the conclusion of our school day (2:55pm). Practice times will vary and will be set and communicated by the Director.
