JOB SUMMARYResponsible for providing operational support to instructional programs to include operating office and printing equipment, organizing materials, maintaining clean and orderly work spaces, and assisting faculty and staff with departmental needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and multi-line phones.
- Assist with printing, copying, assembling, and distributing instructional and departmental materials.
- Sort and distribute mail
- Maintain clean, organized instructional pool room, and storage areas.
- Support instructional activities, meetings, and special projects as assigned.
- Promote a safe, secure, and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, printers, and multi-line phones.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous office, clerical, administrative, or customer service experience.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
