** Position Overview
** Conoco Phillips is seeking a seasoned
** Land Negotiator
** to join our dynamic Permian Basin team. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will shape strategic land decisions and directly influence the development of our assets across the Permian Basin. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with engineering, geology, legal, regulatory, and surface land professionals to unlock value and drive responsible growth.

This position offers the opportunity to lead complex negotiations, manage high-value contracts, and represent Conoco Phillips in interactions with landowners, government agencies, and industry partners. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead negotiations for strategic acquisitions, trades, and divestitures of undeveloped and developed leasehold.
* Draft, review, and manage complex oil and gas agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
* Collaborate with legal counsel and land brokers to clear title for drilling and division order purposes.
* Maintain and monitor oil and gas contracts to ensure alignment with corporate policies and industry regulations.
* Prepare and submit filings to state and federal agencies, including Communitization Agreements, Plans of Development, and location exceptions.
* Represent Conoco Phillips in external engagements with operators, co-owners, landowners, and government entities.
* Provide strategic land recommendations to leadership, anticipating challenges and offering proactive solutions.
