Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Our services include: natural gas gathering, treating, processing, transportation and storage; NGL transportation, fractionation, storage and import and export terminals; crude oil gathering, transportation, storage and terminals;
petrochemical and refined products transportation, storage and terminals; and a marine transportation business that operates primarily on the United States inland and Intracoastal Waterway systems. The partnership's assets include approximately 50,000 miles of pipelines; 260 million barrels of storage capacity for NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals; and 14 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage capacity.
This position includes:
- Retention Bonus Hourly Premium Adjustment Pay
- Perform all Qualified Liquid Measurement Tasks required to maintain accurate measurement results at all NGL Measurement Facilities in the Midland, Permian, and Hobbs Operations Areas. All Measurement Tasks will be compliant with the Enterprise Measurement Policy and Procedures.
- Report to the Area Measurement Supervisor.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prove Meters at facilities that have in-situ Provers and maintain Meter Factor Control Charts
- Prove Meters at facilities using a Portable Prover and maintain Meter Factor Control Charts
- Witness Third Party Proving Service meter provings and maintain Meter Factor Control Charts
- Witness Customer Custody meter provings and maintain Meter Factor Control Charts
- Perform Meter Temperature, Pressure, and Density verifications
- Perform periodic Sampler performance verifications and maintain performance spreadsheet
- Implement required Sampler Pacing for installed Sampling Systems
- Collect required Composite Samples for Analysis
- Perform Product Quality Tests and/or GC Analysis as required
- Perform necessary Ticket Processing and Product Quality reporting
- Report any measurement equipment problems to Supervisor and use EMOP for any maintenance or repairs
- Report all measurement and sampling discrepancies to Supervisor
- Report all 3rd Party disputes, concerns, and contractual questions to Supervisor
- Report all measurement equipment failures, repair status, and return to service to Pipeline Control Operator and/or local field Operations
- Monitor System Gain/Loss in assigned areas and investigate out of tolerance occurrences
- Assist Material Balance Group with corrections or errors in Estream
- Maintain current Configurations and Data in MDS, Prove It/Pyc It, and FCI
- Perform required measurement equipment/instrumentation calibrations and repairs
- Maintain required Certifications on test equipment, provers, PYC Balls, and Sample Cylinders
Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
- Technical certification or equivalent training in a technical environment or energy related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.
- Possession of a strong commitment to personal and job safety.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations and possess basic computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
- Must have good decision making skills and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as the ability to maintain and promote good working relationships within a team environment.
- Ability to assume responsibility, be flexible, perform duties and handle multiple tasks under potentially stressful and/or hazardous conditions.
- Must have reliable means of contact for call-out purposes; willingness to work overtime and handle call-outs.
- Must live or relocate to within 1 hour response time of job assignment.
