Rwdy-Inc seeks a Lease Operator I to oversee safe, efficient operation and maintenance of wells, processing units and related facilities in Midland. You’ll start with 6:30 AM–5:00 PM M-F during training, then rotate after training is complete.
Duties include monitoring, data review, safety compliance, and coordination of oil sales and saltwater hauling. The role requires a high school diploma, 5–10 years of relevant experience, and ability to lift 50 lbs, work a rotating shift, and use SCBA.
