This company is seeking Lease Operators for their oil and gas facility in Midland, Texas. Lease Operators are responsible for the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of wells and processing units. The ideal candidates will have experience in oil, gas, and water separation facilities and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This is a great opportunity for those with a strong safety focus and technical skills in facility operations.

• $36.10 per hour wage

• High school diploma required
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Ability to work a rotating shift and be available for callout
• Ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment
• Ability to maintain, operate, and repair oil & gas production equipment
• Computer proficiency and good communication skills
• Physically able to lift more than 50 lbs. and climb ladders/stairways
• Ability to use a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and other safety equipment
• Valid driver’s license (for agency-provided truck)

• 5-10 years of demonstrated prior relevant work experience
• Experience in new facilities startup and operations
