Oil & Gas Lease Operators / Pumpers - $800/day - 14/14 - Midland, TX

Rig Up is seeking Lease Operators / Pumpers to join their team in Midland, Texas. These professionals will be responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining oil and gas production equipment and facilities. The ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to work independently in the field. • $800 per day wage

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous lease operator or oil and gas production experience preferred
• Knowledge of oil and gas production equipment and operations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in field environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance
• Ability to be on call for emergencies as needed
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required

• Previous lease operator or oil and gas production experience
