Overview
Will be responsible for securing ROW for pipeline, roads, locations and all other operation functions. Handles inquiries and issues of EOG lessors and royalty owners. Will settle damages for any operation work to be performed. Coordinate the staking of locations with the drilling, land and exploration departments.

- Handle inquiries and issues from EOG lessors and royalty owners.
- Settle damages related to operation work.
- Coordinate staking of locations with the drilling, land, and exploration departments.
- Bachelor s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience conducting negotiations with strong emphasis on surface damage and right-of-way negotiations and resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and superior communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Position will be filled commensurate with experience.
