Role Description

We are seeking an Automation Engineer specializing in missile manifold and associated equipment rental and services. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Midland, TX. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems for the management of large bore rental packages and associated equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, optimizing control systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring operational safety and efficiency within our oil and gas operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within automation systems.
  • Proficiency in process control and automation for fluid handling and pressure management solutions.
  • Background in electrical engineering with knowledge of system design and implementation.
  • Experience with robotics and automation technologies used in industrial equipment systems.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with safety and operational efficiency standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or related field is required.
  • Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is highly beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
