• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of unconventional design experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities
• At least 5 years of oil & gas industry experience, with a focus on facilities engineering
• Proven ability to tackle unconventional design challenges with innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with operations and construction teams
• Ability to perform field visits, including trips to Carlsbad and surrounding areas, approximately 2 days every two weeks for data collection and site walks
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, site assessments, and handover procedures

• Experience with field data collection and project handovers
• Familiarity with field operations and construction coordination

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering strongly preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant oil & gas industry experience, emphasizing facilities and unconventional design projects

• Ability to travel to Carlsbad and surrounding field sites approximately every two weeks
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with unconventional design projects
