Required Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in oil and gas project coordination or site engineering

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technical documentation
Skills:
- Experience with Permian Basin operations
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance standards
- Previous experience with multi-site project coordination
- Familiarity with permitting and regulatory reporting
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant oil and gas project experience, particularly in field coordination roles
- Willingness to travel as required, including business trips to Carlsbad, NM
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain necessary site access credentials
- Availability to work a schedule aligning with project demands (typically 5/2 schedule)
