Develop and maintain vibration analysis program and establish equipment routes and frequency;
Collect and enter equipment data for vibration analysis and perform rotating/reciprocating equipment analysis;
Lead and/or assist in root cause failure analysis utilizing the Tap Root process;
Coordinate scheduling of repairs and monitor equipment repairs at field sites and vendor shops;
Report equipment deficiencies in SAP and collaborate with Maintenance/Reliability Specialists, engineers, planners, and supervisors to prioritize actions
