Control Room Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor electronic information and provide feedback and recommendations for diagnostics as well as predictive data.
• Provide daily reports comprised of total field operations.
• Coordinate operations activities and emergency responses as needed.
• Assist in maintaining daily activity logs, operational information and status reports including safety/environmental incident reporting.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Under limited supervision, assist in monitoring field operations by responding to alarms or to direct guidance from more experienced personnel.
• Respond appropriately to most routine problems independently.
• Use knowledge of how surveillance applications are represented in field operations and dispatch appropriate resources for problem resolution.
• Evaluate daily production estimates to identify production shortfalls that may be related to equipment problems, leaks or spills, theft or changing well conditions.
• Utilize knowledge of local EHS policies as they pertain to specific operations.
• Participate in extensive field operations training to improve knowledge of operations and process flows.

• 5 or more years of oil field experience.
• Apply thorough operating knowledge to complete job duties.
• Work under limited supervision.
• Participate as a team member and build on comments of others.
• Prioritize routine and non‑routine tasks assigned by others.
• Willing to train in the TX Delaware field.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
