Forge Process Manufacturing Engineer; Onsite

• Develop and oversee all aspects of part maturation from raw material to end use, with a primary focus on New Part Introduction.
• Design disk hardware through forge and heat‑treat processes, including finite‑element analysis to define forging, heat‑treating, and tooling shapes using DEFORM software.
• Create engineering drawings for raw material, laboratory testing sample locations, and forge tooling.
• Analyze survey data to ensure parts meet required mechanical properties and manage part progression through gated development process phases from product definition to delivery.
• Develop and implement plans aligned with business strategy to further world‑class technology portfolio goals.
• Provide operational engineering support to develop technologies and processes that support growth curves and cost‑reduction targets.
• Leverage manufacturing innovations to improve cost, delivery, and quality of aerospace disk forgings; assist with problem solving during manufacturing‑related investigations.
• Own relentless RCCA (Root‑Cause Corrective Action) for correcting non‑conformance in the part families, performing DIVEs (Define, Investigate, Verify, Ensure) and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on the health of a part family, tracking non‑conformances and comparing part performance against standard times.
• Lead the CORE (Customer‑Oriented Results and Excellence) journey to continuously improve quality and exceed customer expectations, using statistical methods that meet or exceed process‑control objectives.
