We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative mechanical systems and components, translating conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings, and ensuring designs meet industry standards and project specifications. Your expertise will drive the creation of efficient, reliable, and manufacturable solutions that support our diverse projects across construction, manufacturing, and system design sectors.

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D mechanical designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Creo, Autodesk Inventor, Micro Station, Revit, and System Design tools.
- Create comprehensive schematics, assembly drawings, and technical documentation adhering to industry standards like ASME codes & standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate conceptual ideas into practical mechanical systems and components.
- Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to evaluate structural integrity and optimize designs for performance and safety.
- Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure precise manufacturing specifications.
- Review and analyze design models using Navisworks and Bluebeam for clash detection and project coordination.
- Support construction teams by providing detailed drafting, technical writing, and system design documentation to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Proven experience in mechanical design with proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Solid Works, Creo, Autodesk Inventor, Micro Station, Revit, and Schematics creation.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, system design processes, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME codes & standards for safety and quality assurance.
- Ability to perform FEA analysis to assess structural performance under various conditions.
- Knowledge of GD&T for accurate manufacturing communication; experience with 2D animation is a plus.
- Excellent technical writing skills for drafting reports, manuals, and project documentation.
- Experience working with assembly processes and creating detailed schematics for complex systems.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout the design lifecycle.
