As a Field Specialist, you will provide support for ESP operations. You will also oversee operational work to ensure pre-check, installation, and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will be able to work under your own initiative to help meet operation schedule and customer satisfactions.
Responsibilities- Assisting with the installation/pulling of ESP and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells
- Assisting with testing ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity
- Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
- Acting as the primary customer contact for critical or escalated issues on all orders
- Taking ownership for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site
- Have a High School diploma or equivalent level of education
- 5 years of Artificial Lift and ESP experience
- Have relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of electronic components
- Have a basic knowledge of running ESP or Artificial Lift tools or equipment
- 11/3 or 12/2 working shifts
- Need to be local to a geographic area.
