Asset Reliability Engineer – Rotating & Static Equipment

Pilot Water Solutions LLC is seeking an Asset Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability of pipeline and disposal assets. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in rotating equipment. Responsibilities include developing maintenance strategies and conducting root cause analysis. The position is based in Midland, TX with expected travel.

Proficiency in Maximo CMMS is preferred. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
