You will perform teardowns, document findings, and develop RCA reports, driving reliability improvements in collaboration with the reliability engineering and customer teams.
The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background with 1+ year in ESP reliability or DIFA, strong writing and analytical skills, and proficiency with data reporting
