• Assist with developing and executing project scope, ensuring schedule achievement and project profitability.
• Coordinate resources across major business units and external customers for projects.
• Oversee project progress and costs; communicate status with stakeholders, participate with functional areas, and resolve problems.
• Plan, schedule, and manage project execution.

• Technical knowledge in Solar packages (new equipment or refurbish).
• Technical knowledge in Solar package systems (start, oil, seal, fuel, etc).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• Commercial experience is a plus (contracts review, negotiations, incoterms, margin analysis).
• Experience multitasking, planning, and project activity follow‑up.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
• Dual language (English and Spanish) is a plus for supporting Mexico and Latin America projects.
• Engineering or equivalent with 8 years in Solar product knowledge.
• Available to travel mainly onshore/occasionally offshore up to 40% of the time.

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with three years’ experience in Solar product knowledge.
• Knowledge in Control Retrofits design or installation.
• Strong knowledge of Solar package systems.
