Field/Service Technician, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
SLB is seeking a proactive and safety-focused individual to join our Well Intervention team as a WS Field Specialist - WIT
. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers while ensuring operational excellence at the wellsite. You will execute service delivery activities, manage operational risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic field environments, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and builds effective relationships with customers and colleagues. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to operational performance, safety excellence, and customer success while developing expertise within the Oil & Gas industry.
Roles and Responsibilities- Execute service delivery activities safely, efficiently, and in accordance with SLB standards and customer requirements.
- Participate in job risk analyses and support continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships while promoting SLB products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements through CAT implementation, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and contribute to action plans aimed at improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support HSE and Quality initiatives by following established procedures and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all HSE policies and regulations.
- Maintain all required safety certifications, training, and operational competencies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- College education is required.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work legally in the United States without company sponsorship is required.
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
