Risk Register Coordinator

The Risk Register Coordinator will support field verification and closure of open Risk Register items in Midland, Texas. The role will involve identifying and verifying installed and untagged PSVs, confirming PSV tag information and sizing, developing replacement plans, and coordinating with Operations and Maintenance teams. The position will also support MOC activities, future production infrastructure verification, water management activities, and field data management.

• Field verification and site inspection of mechanical equipment, including PSV identification, tagging, sizing, and infrastructure verification.
• Risk Register coordination, including plans and schedules for closure of open risk items.
• Coordination with Operations and Maintenance teams for PSV replacement activities and MOC requirements.
• Infrastructure verification for future production plans, field documentation, water management support, and field data tracking.

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technician-level engineering or field experience.
• Strong coordination, organization, communication, and field verification skills.
• Experience with mechanical equipment, field verification, and site inspections.
• Knowledge of PSVs, equipment tags, sizing, and maintenance activities.
• Understanding of MOC processes.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Midland, Texas.

• Oil & Gas / Energy field experience, particularly upstream, midstream, oilfield, water management, pipeline, or process facilities.
• Experience with production facility infrastructure, frac pads, well infrastructure, and future production planning.
• Experience with field coordinates, infrastructure mapping, and communication of field findings.
