Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong Asset Management and CMMS experience to perform field verification, develop asset information, equipment hierarchies, preventive maintenance programs, and Bills of Materials for industrial process and packaging facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct asset walkdowns and field verification of mechanical equipment.
- Review P&IDs, equipment drawings, manuals, and plant documentation.
- Develop and maintain asset registers, equipment hierarchies, and master data.
- Create PM plans, Job Plans, Task Lists, and maintenance procedures.
- Validate Bills of Materials (BoM) and equipment attributes.
- Support CMMS data cleansing, standardization, and system uploads.
- Work with maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering teams, OEMs, and vendors.
- Support asset reliability and maintenance strategy improvements.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in client reviews and technical discussions.
Asset Management, CMMS, Maximo, SAP PM, Mechanical Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Hierarchy, BoM, P&IDs, Equipment Master Data, Maintenance Strategies, and Reliability Improvement.
IndustryExperience:
Process/Packaging Plants, preferably FMCG, Pharma, or Food industries.
